Debt recover products
We offer a range of products that you can purchase
independently or collectively. These are:
Product
1 Pre-Litigation (No Collect, No Fee)
This
service includes all pre-court steps to gain successful recovery of your
debts. It can also include the necessary searches against your customers
(fee payable).
Product
2 Litigation (Court Action)
This
service includes the issue of court proceedings and the obtaining of a
Judgment against your debtors, together with enforcement proceedings,
where no Defence is filed to your Claim.
Product 3 Specialised Matters
This
service deals with the process when a Defence has been filed to your Court
action. It also encompasses specialised forms of judgment enforcement
and pre-litigation actions where the matter is disputed and contested.
Product
4 Credit Control (CFE)
This
is an effective way to out-source your credit control. This service targets
existing customers and educates them into paying on time thereby assisting
with cashflow and complying with your Terms and Conditions, not theirs!
Obviously
all our clients’ needs and requirements are different and therefore
you as a client will need to advise us whether litigation will be necessary
or not. It may be that you do not wish the Court to become involved, and
as such our file can be closed at the end of the pre-litigation stage.
